Please feel free to email me with any questions that you may have about the record. I grade VERY conservatively and firmly believe that you?ll be pleasantly surprised at the quality of the item when you get it. I use the GOLDMINE standards for grading:
MINT is a record that is still sealed. Period.
NM means it's been opened but appears to be in new condition. This means no marks.
NM- means NM condition but with a minor flaw that doesn't affect the quality.
VG++ have more than one light mark or scratch but they don?t affect the quality of the music.
VG+ may show some light scratches or scuffs, that don't affect one's listening pleasure. This may include slight warps that don't affect play. The label may have some ring wear or discoloration.
VG may have surface background noise, but will not overpower the music. May have deep scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound. Labels may be marred by writing, have tape, or stickers.
G (Good) or G+ records can be played through without skipping, but there is probably significant surface noise.
F (fair) or P (Poor) Can't usually be played without skipping or may have a crack on the record. Will have to be a mighty rare record to be listed in this condition.
