Record is in Ex+ condition. Sleeve is also Ex+ apart from 2" split to top seam so graded as VG.
Record has been well cared for and is from smoke and pet free home.
Owned since new- arrived with sleeve split when bought direct from Skeleton Key website. Seen a few others for sale with same problem so think this is a problem generally with this record due to weight of vinyl.
