Black Sabbath - Masters Of Reality

(Vertigo 6360 050 UK LP 1971)

This is an early UK LP pressing circa 1973. It has a fully laminated "box style" sleeve which has a top & bottom fold-over flap. It has embossed lettering on the front. Interestingly it has a "WWA" catalogue sticker on the rear sleeve. This is stuck over the original Vertigo catalogue number. This means that this is a transitional copy.

It comes with its original polythene lined company inner sleeve. The record has "Spaceship" Vertigo labels. It has 1Y#-2/ 2Y#-1  matrix stampers.



Sleeve: The sleeve has been flattened at some point. Therefore the spine is flattened also. There is some light laminate lifting at the front spine area. There is some mild rubbing wear to the corner tips. VG+ condition

Vinyl: There are some mild or more moderate sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light. The polythene inner has left some mild or more moderate marks in some areas. There are a couple of light hairline marks. Good++ condition. The labels are in excellent condition & show light spindle wear only. The company inner sleeve is in VG- condition. There is a 4 cm seam split at the centre of the bottom edge. The polythene inner has mainly come unstuck. There is some light to mild ringwear. 

I have fully play tested this LP. It plays VG to VG+ overall & Near Excellent in some places. There is some light, mild or very mild crackle in some quieter places.
