Bud Powell The Amazing Volume 3 LP Blue Note BLP1571 Mono early press RVG jazz RARE

Note before grading: This LP was "sealed" when we bought the collection (for more on this collection read below). From what I have read the original 50's pressings would most likely not have any sort of shrink wrap (although some stores may have wrapped the albums themselves).  There is an old looking store sticker on the shrink. We opened to confirm the press and condition (played once)  It appears this may have been a slightly later pressing than the 57 original. While it has all signs of an original press (blank spine, RVG and ear, 9M, correct address, no inc or "r" on labels etc) there was a blue note printed inner sleeve (see pictures) which would not have come out until the early 60s. So perhaps this was a slightly later pressing with the original materials?  We aim to give our buyers as accurate of info as we can.  If you have any questions (or suggestions!) about this listing please let us know!
Vinyl: VG both sides have some faint scuffing likely from sleeve (light, nothing major).  Side one has a light, but fairly long scuff thats more noticeable under light.  Side two has a small cluster of scuffs on the first half of track one (see pictures).  No real scratches on either side and the majority looks great! Both sides play with a very light rustle in the back (not a crackle, but a faint hiss / rustle) that is mostly drowned out, but more noticeable during a piano solo section.  Side one had one or two very faint odd tics, nothing much.  Side two track one has some light and mostly buried tics during the first half that clears (never loud, distracting)  Overall a VERY strong VG and a wonderful copy for its age and rarity! 

Jacket: VG+ as noted above that jacket is in a shrink wrap with a store sticker on upper right corner.  Light shelf wear to corners, some light age wear.  Overall wonderful original jacket!

Other notes: spine on jacket is blank, dead wax has RVG, ear, and 9M on both sides and does not have inc or r.  Includes blue note inner sleeve in great condition with some light creasing, but no splits! Ships in a separate mobile fidelity sleeve!
