This
record is in near mint condition. It has just one or two spindle marks
visible on each of the labels and there are no pen marks, stains or fading.
There is little to no wear to the centres and overall the iconic blue Columbia labels are clean, bright and in superb condition.
As for
the vinyl itself, both sides are beautifully clean with next to nothing showing in normal
light. There is maybe a few faint and very minor wispy lines showing under bright light but nothing much and certainly nothing at all major. Overall it is in great shape with a vivid lustre and shows very little signs of use.
I play tested the record and it played great and sounded excellent throughout with excellent clarity and next to no surface noise or interference. It lays flat on the deck and upon playing there is no movement in the record arm. The audio produced is superb with no distortion caused by excessive use and of course no skips, sticks or annoying clicks. It was a pleasure to play test and produced audio of really nice quality and excellent clarity throughout.
The laminated gatefold sleeve is in excellent+ condition. It has just a minimal amount of rubbing to the edges and corners with the spine all clearly legible. There is some discolouring and light laminate lifting from the bottom 2" of the spine however. Other than this area the edges show little wear and overall the sleeve is very tidy. There are of course no splits or serious areas of wear, and no tears, scuffs or pen marks anywhere. There is just a few minor creases to the laminate and only a very slight ring mark showing to the rear. Inside the gatefold is also free of serious issues but does have some age related grubbiness and discolouring to the flipbacks. Overall a very tidy sleeve with no serious issues at all, just the discolouring to the flipbacks inside and minor wear to the exterior. Please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible on its condition. It
includes its original EMI inner which is in excellent+ condition.
This is solid with no splits, tears or pen marks but has some light discolouring and minor creasing to it.
