This record is in excellent condition. It has a few(3-4) spindle marks visible on both the labels but there are no pen marks, stains, scuffs or fading. Overall the labels are clean, bright and in very nice condition with just the few spindle marks to report. 

As for the vinyl itself, both sides are very clean visually with a lovely lustre and very little showing in normal light. There is a few faint wispy lines and very minor traces of use showing under bright light but certainly nothing at all serious. Overall it shows little to its playing surface and is in very nice condition.

I play tested the record and it played well with no serious issues or major levels of interference but has light traces of surface noise in some of the much quieter parts. It lays flat on the deck and there is little to no movement in the record arm upon playing. The sound produced is a solid grade of excellent with no distortion(caused by excessive use), and of course no skips, sticks or annoying clicks. The vast majority of the audio was nice and clear but due to the light traces of surface noise in places I have graded at EX despite its very nice and higher grade visual appearance.

The sleeve is in near mint condition. It has no tears, scuffs, pen marks or other major issues and shows just very light signs of its age. The spine is square, straight and clearly legible and there is no heavy or serious wear. There is hardly any creasing and barely any ring marks. There is a faint sticker removal residue mark on the front but this is really minor and overall it is clean, bright and in very nice condition. Please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible on its condition.

Its contains its original plain poly-lined white inner which is in excellent+ condition with no tears, pen marks, splits or other issues. 

It will then be packaged in between cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
