To be paid on a broken/damaged LP shipped , the record must be insured- Please Contact for return authorization  and the return address in Florida. Seller will not refund items that do not arrive. To claim Insurance the item must be returned with Certified Return Mail -and with return receipt and tracking number, and the quality control sticker must be intact and  with on the LP.  

Return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the buyer., If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return for exchange –buyer choice or money back , less shipping expenses on the return.
