Std Items are sent by Royal Mail asap, please allow up to 7 days for delivery from the date of your purchase. Allow up to 1 month for foreign shipping, this is due to third party involvement (shipping forwarders, customs, etc). We will only ship to your eBay registered shipping address. It is your responsibility to be in to receive this item if it does not fit through your letter box or make other arrangements.

Returns are only accepted if the wrong item was received, if this is the case, we will issue a full refund as soon as item is returned.

All vinyl is correctly packaged in professional mailers. Most records are sent with an exterior plastic transparent cover depending on availability. We reserve the right to recycle and reuse cardboard mailers.

(1): Some of our records have been tested (If description says so), meaning that they did not skip or get stuck repetitively on our record player, we have no way of guaranteeing they will play well on your record player. 

(2): Please note that if you buy this record from outside the UK through the Global Shipping Program, we are only responsible for the delivery and condition of the record from our address up to the UK shipping dock/centre, once it has left the UK to your country eBay is the ONLY entity responsible for the good condition and timely delivery of the record to your address. (So, for example, if you receive a broken record because the cardboard packaging has been bent or damaged in transit, you will need to make a claim to eBay and not myself). This is explained in the eBay help files.

GRADING SYSTEM:

Our grading system for vinyl records follows the Record Collector (UK) standard

NEW OR SEALED   The record is still factory sealed (shrink-wrapped) and has never been opened

MINT (M)  The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition

NEAR MINT  (NM)  The vinyl/sleeve are virtually unblemished. It looks & plays like new though the record is used.

EXCELLENT (EX)  The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing

VERY GOOD  (VG)  The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable

GOOD (G)  The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
