GRAHAM DAY & THE GAOLERS "Triple Distilled" (Damaged Goods DAMGOOD 319-LP)
Brand new limited edition repress LP on WHITE VINYL.
Garage Super-Group® Graham Day & The Gaolers return with their sophomore longplayer! After a year of touring and the release of their ‘Travelled And Unravelled’ EP, the Gaolers returned to Ranscombe Studios in Rochester, Kent in July 2008 to record their follow up to the critically acclaimed debut album, ‘Soundtrack To The Daily Grind’.
‘Triple Distilled’ is made up of 12 blistering new tracks with fairly autobiographical lyrics telling tales of their life on the road, drinking and smoking. As usual they are the amalgamation of Graham’s tuneful and aggressive songs, driven with an energy and attitude, which has been perfectly captured in a simple no-frills studio recording.
Previous bassman Buzz couldn’t make the recording so Johnny Barker (ex-Buff Medways, now in The Senior Service) stepped in and fingered his four-string...badass backbeat was once again laid down by the inimitable Dan Elektro (The Woggles)!
Factory-sealed from new.
