this is a 2 record set. Gate fold album cover is VG++-EX very light ring wear, owners name on front i did not try and remove it. i think it could be though. inner sleeves have separations one sleeve has 3 inches on all sides. the other one has about the same Records are VG+ light hairlines and surface markings
