Here is a well kept original 1954 first pressing of this extremely rare single by the Chicago vocal group. It's in VG condition with small writing on one label. Excellent gloss with some light scuffs and marks. The "You Gotta Go Baby" side has a scratch at the very start that is palpable with my finger, but seems not to affect play at all. For all that, it may be the best preserved among the small handful of original copies that have surfaced online over the years. The audio linked below comes directly from this copy:
