I grade all my records and the jackets as good. You will find that the majority of them will be above the rating I give them. Unfortunately grading records is very subjective, one person's "near mint" is another person's "very good". Because you as a buyer cannot physically hold and look at the record and jacket and determine what grade it is for yourself, I grade them low to ensure you get at least what you expect and probably more. All of my records come from estate auctions or people who are downsizing because they are moving. They are records from personal collections that people have held onto for years......they bought them back in the day when you bought a record because that's how music came. So expect records that have been used but taken care of as part of someones personal music collection. If your not sure that this record will fit into your collection please do not buy it.
