Matrix Number Side 1: YEX 168-1
Matrix Number Side 2: YEX 169-1
Mothers/Stampers Side 1: GM at 3 O’Clock, 1 at 9 O’Clock
Mothers/Stampers Side 2: GH at 3 O’Clock, 2 at 9 O’Clock
The cover and record labels show signs of wear, commensurate with age. The vinyl has a number of marks, but none that affect play.
Overall both the sleeve and record are graded as VG. I had this impartially graded by a fellow collector, who has been in the game for over 40 years.
