Note:  Phenomenal and largely unknown 45, with a killer moody Latin jazz-modern soul tune in "Summer Rain" and an explosive salsa guaguanco on the flip! Hear both sides on the clip. Apparently Figueroa moved to L.A. from Colorado shortly after this 45 was made and formed the salsa group La Combinacion, which enjoyed grassroots success locally for many years. But good luck finding another copy of this 45, they just don't seem to be out there! Massive 45 list up this week, nearly all listings have a low start price! Tip: bid on multiple auctions to save on shipping. 

 

Grading:  I grade conservatively on a scale of NM, Excellent, VG+, VG, VG- and G. Most 45s are cleaned on a VPI HW-17 to ensure optimal playability.
