This record is in near mint condition. It has just a couple of short spindle marks visible on the labels and no pen marks, stains or scuffs anywhere. The centres are not loose or worn and overall the label are in really nice condition with very little to report.

As for the vinyl itself, both sides are very clean with a lovely lustre and little visible in normal light. There is one very faint and minor 'smudge' just about showing on side 1 but this is incredibly minor. Other than this there are a few more incredibly light wispy lines visible under very bright light, but not many, and of course nothing remotely serious. The record has no serious scuffs, nasty marks or blemishes and is in really nice condition overall. 

I play tested the record and it played really well throughout. It lays flat on the deck and upon playing there is little to no movement in the record arm. The audio produced is excellent. Its crisp and clear with next to no surface noise or interference audible. There was just a hint in the run in and the odd most minor amount between some tracks, but the the vast majority is of great clarity. There are obviously no skips, sticks, annoying clicks or any other serious issues and overall it was a quality audio experience and was a pleasure to play test.

The sleeve is in excellent condition. It has no serious rubbing to the edges and corners with the writing along the spine all clearly legible. There is a hint of rubbing to the top edge however and also a touch of wear/cracking to the very centre of the bottom edge. Other than this minor issue there is also light fading to the front and rear, and a slight sticker residue mark to the front top right corner area. There is also a minor 'scratch' to the left of the track listings on the rear. There are no scuffs, tears, pen marks or stickers though and overall it is a tidy and presentable sleeve. I have tried to describe the sleeve as best I can but please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible as to its condition.

It contains its original lyrics/picture inner in near mint condition. This has no splits, tears or pen marks and little to no creasing or signs of handling. I will send the record in a brand new plain white replacement inner to ensure no damage occurs to the original during transit.  

The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
