Elvis Presley - Lot of 12 UK Original 1950's & 1960's 7" EP


This is a great collection of UK original 1950's & 1960's 7" EP's. They are either on the "RCA" or "RCA Victor" labels. There are some less common UK Elvis EP's in this collection. I have listed them individually below:

1. Peace In The Valley (RCA RCX 101 UK 7" EP 1958)

This is the 2nd UK 7" EP pressing from the early 1960's. It has a front laminated flipback sleeve. This is date printed on the rear "8.61". This means that the sleeve was printed in August 1961. The record has black & silver "RCA" labels which have a 4 pronged circular centre. The record has -1C/ -1C matrices.

Sleeve: There is some light or very mild rubbing wear to the sleeve opening. There is some light, mild or very mild ringwear. There is a small name & number written on the rear sleeve. There are no seam splits. VG+ condition
Vinyl: There are some light, mild or very mild sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light. VG+ condition. There is a very small name written on Side 2's label. It hardly notices. Otherwise, mild spindle wear only. Plays VG to VG+ overall. There is some light, mild or very mild crackle in some quieter places.

2. Elvis Presley (RCA RCX 104 UK 7" EP 1958)

This is an original UK 7" EP pressing. It has a fully laminated flipback sleeve. This is date printed on the rear "58.10". This means that the sleeve was printed in October 1958. The record has black & silver "RCA" labels which have a Tri-centre. The record has 1st press -1C/ -1C matrices.

Sleeve: There is some mild or more moderate rubbing wear to the corner tips. There is some light or mild rubbing wear to the sleeve opening. There is some light, mild or very mild ringwear. There are no seam splits. VG condition
Vinyl: There are some mild or more moderate sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light. There are a couple of light hairline marks. VG- condition. The labels are in VG+ condition & show mild spindle wear. Plays VG to VG+ overall. There is some light, mild or very mild crackle in some quieter places.


3. Elvis Presley (RCA RCX 104 UK 7" EP 1958)

This is the 2nd UK pressing from the early 1960's. It has a front laminated flipback sleeve. This is date printed on the rear "1.60". This means that the sleeve was printed in January 1960. The record has black & silver "RCA" labels which have a 4 pronged circular centre. The record has -1D/ -1D matrices.

Sleeve: There is some light, mild or very mild ringwear. There is a small name & number written on the rear sleeve. There are no seam splits. VG++ condition
Vinyl: There are some light, mild or very mild sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light. There are a couple of light surface marks. VG- condition. The labels are in VG+ condition & show mild spindle wear. Plays VG to VG+ overall.

4. Jailhouse Rock (RCA RCX 106 UK 7" EP 1958)

This is an original UK 7" EP pressing. It has a fully laminated flipback sleeve. This is date printed on the rear "58.9". This means that the sleeve was printed in September 1958. The record has black & silver "RCA" labels which have a Tri-centre. The record has 1st press -1C/ -1C matrices.

Sleeve: There is some mild or more moderate rubbing wear to the corner tips. There is some light or mild rubbing wear to the sleeve opening. There is some light, mild or very mild ringwear. There are no seam splits. VG+ condition
Vinyl: There are some moderate sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light. There are a few light hairline marks. Good condition. The labels are in VG+ condition & show light or very mild spindle wear. Plays VG to VG+ overall.

5. King Creole Vol. 1 (RCA RCX 117 UK 7" EP 1958)

This is an original UK 7" EP pressing. It has a fully laminated flipback sleeve. This is date printed on the rear "58.7". This means that the sleeve was printed in July 1958. The record has black & silver "RCA" labels which have a Tri-centre. The record has 1st press -1C/ -1C matrices.

Sleeve: There is a 1.5 cm seam split at the top edge - at the sleeve opening. There is some light, mild or very mild ringwear. There are no seam splits. VG+ condition
Vinyl: There are some mild or more moderate sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light. There are 4 light hairline marks. VG condition. The labels are in VG+ condition & show mild to more moderate spindle wear. Plays VG overall.

6. Strictly Elvis (RCA RCX 175 UK 7" EP 1959)

This is the 2nd UK 7" EP pressing from the early 1960's. It has a front laminated flipback sleeve. This is date printed on the rear "12.59". This means that the sleeve was printed in December 1959. The record has black & silver "RCA" labels which have a 4 pronged circular centre. The record has -1C/ -1C matrices.

Sleeve: There is some light or mild rubbing wear to the corner tips. There is some mild or more moderate ringwear. There are no seam splits. VG condition
Vinyl: There are some light, mild or very mild sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light. There is a small cluster of hirline marks on one side. Good+ condition. There is a very small name written on Side 1's label. Otherwise, mild spindle wear only. Plays VG to VG+ overall.

7. Such A Night (RCA RCX 190 UK 7" EP 1960)

This is an original UK 7" EP pressing. It has a fully laminated flipback sleeve. The record has black & silver "RCA" labels which have a 4 pronged circular centre. The record has 1st press -1C/ -2C matrices.

Sleeve: There is some light, mild or very mild rubbing wear to the corner tips. There is some light, mild or very mild rubbing wear to the sleeve opening. There is some light, mild or very mild ringwear. There is some mild fading on the rear sleeve. There are no seam splits. VG+ condition
Vinyl: There are some light or very mild sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light. There are is one light hairline mark. VG++ condition. The labels are in Near Excellent condition & show light or very mild spindle wear. Plays VG to VG+ overall.

8. Follow That Dream (RCA RCX 211 UK 7" EP 1962)

This is an original UK 7" EP pressing. It has a fully laminated flipback sleeve. The record has black & silver "RCA" labels which have a 4 pronged circular centre. The record has 1st press -1C/ -1C matrices.

Sleeve: There is some light, mild or very mild rubbing wear to the corner tips. There is some ligh or very mild rubbing wear to the sleeve opening. There is some light, mild or very mild ringwear. There are no seam splits. VG+ condition
Vinyl: There are some light, mild or very mild sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light. There are a couple of light hairline marks. VG condition. The labels are in Excellent condition & show light or very mild spindle wear. Plays VG overall.

9. Kid Galahad (RCA RCX 7406 UK 7" EP 1962)

This is an original UK 7" EP pressing. It has a fully laminated flipback sleeve. The record has black & silver "RCA" labels which have a 4 pronged circular centre. The record has 1st press -1C/ -1C matrices.

10. A Touch Of Gold (RCA Victor RCX 1045 UK 7" EP 1959)

This is the 2nd UK 7" EP pressing from the mid 1960's. It has a front laminated flipback sleeve. The record has black & silver "RCA Victor" labels which have a 4 pronged circular centre. The record has -1C/ -1C matrices.

Sleeve: There is some light ringwear. There is some light fading on the rear. There are no seam splits. NEAR EX condition
Vinyl: There are some light or very mild sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light. There is one small & very light hairline mark. VG++ condition. The labels are in Excellent condition & show light spindle wear. Plays VG+ to Near Excellent overall.

11. A Touch Of Gold Vol. 2 (RCA RCX 1048 UK 7" EP 1959)

This is the 2nd UK 7" EP pressing from the mid 1960's. It has a front laminated flipback sleeve. This is date printed on the rear "11-64". This means that the sleeve was printed in November 1964. The record has black & silver "RCA" labels which have a 4 pronged circular centre. The record has -1C/ -1C matrices.

Sleeve: There is some light or very mild rubbing wear to the sleeve opening. There is some light, mild or very mild ringwear. There is some light to very mild fading on the rear. There are no seam splits. VG+ condition
Vinyl: There are some light, mild or very mild sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light. There are a couple of light hairline marks. VG condition. The labels are isin Near Excellent condition & show light or very mild spindle wear. Plays VG+ overall.

12. Elvis For You Vol. 2 (RCA RCX 7143 UK 7" EP 1964)

This is an original UK 7" EP pressing. It has a fully laminated flipback sleeve. The record has black & silver "RCA Victor" labels which have a 4 pronged circular centre. The record has 1st press -3K -2K matrices.

Sleeve: There is some light, mild or very mild ringwear. There is some mild to more moderate fading to the rear sleeve. There are no seam splits. VG condition
Vinyl: There are some light, mild or very mild sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light. There are a couple of light hairline marks. VG condition. The labels are in Near Excellent & show light or very mild spindle wear. Plays VG+ overall.


I shall place the records into a separate plain paper sleeve. This will protect the original sleeves from any damage during transit.
