Johnny Cash - Sings Hank Williams
(Sun Records EPA 111 USA 7" EP 1956)
This is a 1956 USA original 7" EP pressing. It has a front laminated Picture Sleeve which is printed on heavyweight card. The record has is pressed on thick vinyl & has yellow & brown "Sun Records" labels. These have a large centre hole. A genuine USA 1st pressing of this great EP on the classic "Sun" label. These are not that common in the UK.
Sleeve: There is a mild to more moderate stain on the rear sleeve. This is over a third of the rear sleeve - near the spine. There is a very small tear, at the very corner, of the paste-on rear sleeve. Otherwise, next to no wear. VG+ condition
Vinyl: This single was kept in an outer PVC sleeve for some time. This has reacted with the vinyl & has left some moderate PVC marks over the entirety of one side. It has left some light, mild or very mild PVC marks on the other side. These do not affect playback. Otherwise, there are some light, mild or very mild sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light. There is a light 1 cm hairline mark on one side. Good+ condition. The labels are in Excellent+ condition & next to no wear.
I have fully play tested this 7" single. It plays Good+ to VG overall. There is some light, mild or more moderate crackle in some quieter places.
All gradings adhere to UK "Record Collector" specifications. Please be aware that I am an experienced record dealer of 25+ years, all gradings will be completely accurate. So please bid with confidence.
