VJLP 1062, "INTRODUCING THE BEATLES "  63-
3402.
LAW SUITS AND RESTRAINING  ORDERS CAN CAUSE BUSINESSES TO DO A LOT OF DIFFERENT THINGS,  INCLUDING REPLACING THE SONGS "LOVE ME DO" AND "P.S. I LOVE YOU" WITH "ASK ME WHY" AND "PLEASE PLEASE ME."

AS YOU CAN SEE,  FROM THE PICTURES, "P.S. I LOVE YOU" AND "LOVE ME DO," ARE INCLUDED ON THIS LP, MAKING IT AN EARLY VJ ISSUE.

DID BANKSY EVER OWN THIS COPY OF "INTRODUCING THE BEATLES," I DON'T KNOW.....

I SAY THIS BECAUSE SOMEONE TOOK A BLUE FOUNTAIN PEN CREATING A ONE-OF-A-KIND PIECE OF FOLK ART,  IMAGINING THE LADS WITH FACIAL HAIR (WAS THIS PERSON PSYCHIC?) AND FANGS.

OR MAYBE,  THE OWNER'S LITTLE BROTHER SNUCK INTO HER ROOM, AND UNABLE TO UNLOCK HER DIARY,  DECIDED TO DEFACE HER NEW RECORD ALBUM......

ON THE BACK OF THE ALBUM JACKET IT IS OBVIOUS THAT THE FAB FOUR AREN'T HOUSEHOLD NAMES KNOWN AROUND THE WORLD.   SOMEONE WROTE THEIR FIRST NAMES DOWN, PLUS THE WORD "BANKER."

THE RECORD FEATURES THE OVAL VEE JAY RECORDS LOGO.

THE RECORD IS VERY CLEAN SOUNDING WITH VERY LITTLE BACKGROUND NOISE, IT COULD PROBABLY USE A GOOD CLEANING.

"ANNA" HAS A FEW POPS AT THE END.  THE REMAINING SONGS ARE FINE.

I HAVE INSERTED THE RECORD IN A PROTECTIVE PLASTIC SLEEVE TO PROTECT IT,  THE ORIGINAL SLEEVE IS LONG GONE.

ACCORDING TO WIKIPEDIA,  ONLY ABOUT 80,000 COPIES OF THIS ALBUM WERE PRODUCED BEFORE THEY HAD TO CHANGE THE SONG SELECTION.

I've done my best to give an honest observation,  but I am not a Beatles expert,  but I know more than I used to.

I NEED TO FINISH PAYING FOR THE LAST SEMESTER OF MY SON'S COLLEGE,  I'M HOPING SIR PAUL, SIR RINGO AND BANKSY GET IN A BIDDING WAR.

THE RECORD IS SOLD AS IS, PLEASE EXAMINE THE PHOTOS CAREFULLY AND IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT IT PLEASE EMAIL ME, THANKS, ROBERT.
