The record is in mint condition. The cover is VG+ due to the cutout. Otherwise, it's perfect.
Mint - Sealed. / Appears unplayed.
Near Mint - Open jacket, the slightest sign of play.
VG+ - Shows play but well cared for.
VG - Some noise and mild scratches but no skipping. Might have some wear to the lable.
G+ - Can be played without skipping but will have significant noise.
