information added as required when play tested. Also all photos above
are of the exact record you will receive if purchased.
This
record is in very good+ condition. It has spindle marks on each label but there are no pen marks, scuffs or stains. The centres are not loose but show some minor wear. Overall
the labels are clean, bright and in decent shape but do have spindle marks and light wear to the centres.
As for
the vinyl itself, there are two scratches showing on side 1, and also light signs of age to both sides. These scratches can be seen in normal light but cannot be felt to the touch. Overall the vinyl is used and has signs of this with some wispy light lines, general light handling marks and the two scratches as mentioned, but is also free of anything really nasty and is still in good playable condition.
I
play
tested the record and it played tidily
throughout. It lays flat on the deck and upon playing there is
little to no movement in the record arm. The sound produced
is a solid grade of VG+ with no
distortion
caused by
excessive use and no
skips, sticks or annoying clicks. There was no serious surface noise and overall the audio quality was excellent. I did notice a small amount of surface noise and minor splutters in the run ins and a little in some of the much quieter passages but there was nothing much. The two scratches mentioned above also have very little affect on play. There was a couple of minor pops at the end of track 3 but they do not cause disruptive tics. Overall the album was a decent and tidy listen with no major levels or serious interference.
Its contains its original textured inner which is in good+ condition. This has damage and tears to the top edge and has also torn down the edge of one side. There is also ring marks showing and some creasing in places. The record will be sent in a brand new plain white replacement inner to ensure no further damage occurs to the original.
