"I fully realize the you have to be a fan to score these intimate little packages, only available at the shows, and then you’re lucky if they have more than a couple on hand.
First, each side [one is called the Pink and Blue Side, with the other being referred to as the Red and Orange Side] of the EP has different surface images, add to that that the weight is much in excess of 180 Grams, and this is a really stunning package, housed in a clear plastic sleeve with a design that nearly matches the flip side of the record and presents serious challenges when photographing, yet alone looking at it.
The songs are just perfect, exactly what an EP / 33 rpm Single is supposed to be, laying out Sonic Boom’s hypnotic lo-fi drones of swirling madness that mix with the air ‘til your friends demand that you open the windows to let some of the haze out. Pete Kember collaborates effortlessly [though we all know better than to think any project of Pete’s would be easy] here with Captain Memphis [AKA Jim Dickinson], and Tim ‘Love’ Lee to deliver this performance."
I can combine postage.
