Media is in Excellent condition. Some faint surface scratches and surface marks present, very close to NM. Name written in magic marker on both labels.

Cover is in Very Good condition. Has corner bumps, small bends, wear on edges, larger bend on lower left front corner, record impression, remnants of a price tag on front and some magic marker marks (upper right). Name written in magic marker on back cover. Insert is included and in nice shape. See photos for detail.
