None of the album covers are falling apart but a couple do have a minor tear in the spine. Not all the way down, just maybe an inch is torn. A few corners are dented or freyed but all are intact. All the records are in near mint to mint condition with no scratches or warps. This is a great collection and a must for any record, toy or Disney collector. Don't miss your chance!
