Here we have Elvis' very 1st record album. LPM-1254. I purchased this album at an auction in N.Y.C. It is autographed to Diane. " To my Girl, Diane, Elvis" I was told by the seller that this album was signed for Diane McBain. Diane stared with Elvis in the movie "Spinout"
The record is a 1st pressing. The very 1st issues had a mistake. The last song "Just Because" has the writers credit printed as P.D. (public domain) When the writers, Bob & Joe Shelton and Sid Robin got wind of it, the mistake was quickly corrected. Also, the matrix number is 1S. The cover is excellent, no marks, stickers, writing or ring wear. seams have invisible tape. The record is excellent with only a few feather scratches. label on side two has a small worn area.
