Media is in Very Good condition. I did not see any scratches or marks, but the waviness of the plastic sleeve can be faintly seen on the vinyl, I imagine it can be cleaned off.

Cover is in Very Good condition. Promo sticker is intact, plastic sleeve has the waviness typical to this material over time. See photos for detail.
