Media is in Excellent condition. Some faint surface marks, drag lines present.

Cover is in Excellent condition. In shrink, has corner bumps, small bends, light wear/discoloration on open edge. Insert is included and in decent shape - splitting on the bottom edge and one edge is completely split. Please see photos for condition detail.
