Mint, but say NM for arguments sake. Never played, bought new, stored since, and stored very carefully, with record kept in separate anti static Japanese inner, to prevent seam splits on the inner and sleeve.
Quite a hard one to find, you won’t see this on Discogs or eBay very often.
