Brand new limited edition 4-track vinyl 7" EP—only 500 copies pressed!
San Francisco's Other Half burned briefly and VERY brightly in the mid-late 60s, featuring guitar legend Randy Holden (ex-Fender IV, Sons Of Adam, future Blue Cheer), and delivering a devastating take on Yardbirds-inspired R & B/garage mayhem. Their 1966 debut 45 was the MONSTROUS "Mr. Pharmacist" (later covered to great effect by The Fall) on GNP Crescendo, who also arranged for an EP release in France, which included 2 additional tracks NEVER RELEASED elsewhere in the 60s! All 4 tracks kill, but the EP sank without trace, making it a HUGE rarity on the collectors market today.
Cameleon have once again stepped up to the plate and issued a fully authorised repro, in a beautiful laminated card sleeve. This is now SOLD OUT at source, so here's an opportunity to grab this wee beastie before all copies are gone...
