Originally released in 1976 on the small Boa label, 'El Samurai' may just turn out to be the Holy Grail of Hispanic funk, an unlikely outing from flamenco/rumba king, Pedro Gonzalez!
Also on Boa from 1974, Los Brandis and Maria Nevada didn't usually deliver such an irresistibly funky kind of sound, but here they are with pumping bass, fuzz guitar, infectious percussion and solid groove!
