Collectors, here is a very interesting record, Monarch #1824, "An Evening with the Minstrels No. 2" (I am also listing No. 5 in this series) featuring Minstrel Ballad "My Creole Sue"!  The record features (what then apparently was} humorous "darky" dialogue and singing/music.  See pictures, correct 1904 label with no award information above Nipper and correct $1.00 price sticker on back dated January 1, 1904 (Victor reduced price for 10 inch records to 60 cents in 1905).  Record plays loud and very well, minor surface noise.  How many people had disc phonographs in 1904 (cylinder machines were way more common at that time)?  And, $1.00 was a LOT of money back then for an amusement!   How many of these are still around 116 years later??  What a find!  Sensible buy it now price, try and find another one, go for it!!!
Shipping to USA addresses only. $4.50 media mail postage and handling, record will be carefully packed and shipped in a new box.  Please pay within 48 hours of purchase and positive feedback appreciated!!  See my other lisitings for minstrel record No. 5, and other early 78s and thanks for looking!!
