Brand new; still in shrink wrap but not sealed; item contains 12" glossy booklet of photos for the Trans Europe Express lp period but the inner cover containing the actual vinyl is actually the cover to Radioactivity; as this was sealed when bought it must be a manufacturer mistake; overall the package is mint but the issue if it bothers anyone is that the inner cover is from Radioactivity.
