Media is in Very Good Plus condition. Other than some hairlines, surface scuffs and needing a bath, this record is very close to near mint.

Cover is in Good Plus Condition. Has significant water damage, peeling on front cover, bottom seam is split in the center, has corner bumps, small bends, light wear along open edge and spine, heavy wear along bottom seam. See photos for detail.
