Please use the many photos taken in bright light to help assign condition you require but ignore reflection or glare.  There is NO fading.

RECORD GRADE & DESCRIPTION:  EXCELLENT with only very minor sleeve wear/scuffing.  Played very few times if ever with no spindle wear.  This one is worthy of almost any collection.

COVER GRADE & DESCRIPTION:  At least VG+ with partial shrink wrap.  Gate fold was never opened.  light overall wear seen soft corners (see photos), price tag removal leftover, opening edge wear.  Original inner sleeve.

This record was tested and examined in bright light.  I have been a brick and mortar record dealer in SFV since 1987 and a 100% positive eBayer since 1999.
