Title: Holly in the Hills   CONDITION: Record: SEALED, MINT never opened.  Sleeve: SEALED, MINT never opened. One hard to see BB-hole in both upper corners. Large $1.57 price sticker in upper right corner. Label: Coral 757463 Overall Condition: Pretty nice indeed!! Description:  Really nice copy.    ATTENTION: After 40+ years of collecting, I've decided to sell off my collection of STILL SEALED Lps. It certainly appears I won't be opening them any time soon after holding onto them this long & I've been informed I cannot take them with me when I go, whenever that is. So someone else should be able to put them in their collection for at least as long as I have had them. Over many decades, I've accumulated a LOT of records. As an ardent collector I used to frequent the local Los Angeles record shows, thrift stores, swap meets & record stores all over the southland, many times in places I wouldn't go to now. I was young! What did I know? I had a BAD(now GOOD) habit in the 70's & 80's of buying sealed Lps then finding a nice used copy later & never opening the sealed one I bought in the first place. I always told myself I'd take back the sealed ones for a refund. But as time went on, that just never happened. I figured I'd be able to sell what I had at some point down the road for no less than what I paid for it originally. After many years, I have quite a pile of original, unopened Lps by many classic artists & groups. I will be whittling down the herd over the coming months(years?)selling my stock of STILL SEALED original Lps. Everything you see in my upcoming auctions will be ORIGINAL FROM THE TIME STILL SEALED Lps. NO RE-ISSUES, RE-WRAPS, SUNDAZED or AKARMA stuff, boots, legit or otherwise, or re-issues in any way UNLESS I STATE THAT IN THE AUCTION. I do have many rare Lps that have been re-issued by the aforementioned companies & others as they have become more known & desired by collectors & devotees that simply can't afford to pay $$$ for an original. However, mine are the real deal. You can safely assume they are all in perfect condition just like I acquired them many years ago. UNLESS I STATE OTHERWISE that there is some flaw or defect such as a saw cut/cut corner, BB-hole, promo punched cover, price sticker, writing on the shrink, dinged corners or creased covers etc. etc., then they are all in as nice condition as you could ever hope to find...IF you could go back in time to buy them in a store or at the world famous Capitol Record Swap meet in 1974 like I did. All are stereo unless stated otherwise. *** All SEALED Lps are sold as SEALED Lps. Once you open them, they are yours to keep. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SEALED LPS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED. NO, you MAY NOT open them, play them, scratch them or switch them with your beat up copy & return them for a refund. ***  If you want to return your purchase, you'll need to tell me why you would bid on a perfect copy then want to return it. Don't be crazy & we'll have no problems. Refunds on returned items do not include return shipping. *** SHIPPING: I ship all my records in real record mailers packed between 2 pieces of double strength cardboard(only Japanese dealers & I do that). In the U.S. Media Mail shipping for 1(ONE)Lp is $4.00. In the U.S. Priority Mail shipping is $15.00 for 1(ONE)Lp. Shipping for 1(ONE)Lp to Europe & Japan is $72.00 by EXPRESS MAIL ONLY with full value declared. EXPRESS MAIL shipping to Canada is $56.00 for 1(one)Lp with full value declared. NO EXCEPTIONS!! If you don't want to pay duty on a $1000.00 record, then you shouldn't bid that much. I only charge what the Post Office charges me. I don't make $$ on shipping like many other sellers. Registered MaiI shipping into other countries is worthless so EXPRESS MAIL shipping is the only way I'll ship my items anywhere outside of the US. I won't be giving anymore refunds for items that go missing overseas or out of the USA. I guess the latest thing to do is bid a bunch of money then claim you never got it & have you-know-who take back payment. We won't be playing that game anymore. If you don't have the money on hand when you bid or won't be able to pay for your winnings within 5 days, PLEASE DON'T BID. I don't need anymore hassles than I already have.
