Limited Edition Pink Vinyl 7". 1st Chakra single in 40 Years, recorded in 1981. From www.1worldarts.com "Chakra was an early-1980's Japanese new wave, art-rock band - the most unique of its kind. They should have been more commercially successful than they were as this SEXY single demonstrates. However, nowadays they have a massive cult following not only in Japan but all over the world. Their self-titled debut was a success in 1980 spawning two new wave pop singles. Their second album Satesko (さてこそ) from which the B-side of this single is taken from was a wonderful artistic achievement by the group's chief song-writer and guitar player Bun Itakura (板倉 文) as well as for the singer Mishio Ogawa (小川美潮), and keyboardist Tatsuo Kondo (近藤達郎) who contributed a little masterpiece to the record called "Grinning".
