Payment
We accept payment through eBay only.
All orders will be redirected to eBay during checkout for payment. Please follow the prompts on the checkout page to see through order confirmation.
ShippingSHIPPING
Orders are processed, quality controlled and shipped, Monday through Friday, from our office in Brisbane, Australia.
Your order will dispatch within 2 business days (within 1 business days for express orders). Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.
Please be aware that once your shipment has been processed and dispatched, it could take several hours before your tracking number will be trackable with our shipping partner after it has been picked up.
SHIPPING POLICIES
We do not refund original or return shipping costs, shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error.
We are not responsible for delayed packages, some orders may experience customs delays and we have no control over these delays.
Buyers are responsible for providing us with the correct address. If parcel is redirected to back us, extra shipping cost will be incurred at buyer's own expenses.

TAXES & DUTIES
Orders
shipped outside Australia will be delivered on a Delivery Duty Unpaid
(DDU) basis, and the recipient is responsible for paying all
international customs and clearance related duty/tax. KWAVE_KPOP is not
responsible for payment of this duty. Please check with your local
customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by
you, regulations and guidelines differ by country.
Minor scratches/dents/perforations/imperfections etc on album/photocards/poster/product are not substantial reasons for exchange/refund.
Exchange & ReturnsItems must be returned within 10 days of receiving in original, unused condition (including all original packaging, tags and labels).
Returns must be officially requested and mutually agreed upon through eBay prior to being sent. Refund for the cost of the merchandise will be processed 2 to 3 days after the item returned in original condition is received at our office. The total refund cost will exclude initial postage fees and return postage fees, unless the return is to rectify an error of the seller.
