Vinyl is Near Mint.  Play grade is Near Mint.  Sleeve is VG with a tear along opening (seen in pic) and some wrinkling and other light wear.  Sturdy.  The record also has a clear inner sleeve (not shown but excellent) and a clear outer sleeve which has some small tears.

VINYL GRADING:
( S ) SEALED = VINYL assumed mint, never open.
( M ) MINT = VINYL absolutely perfect in every way, never played.
( NM ) NEAR MINT = VINYL nearly perfect with any minor flaws noted, no obvious signs of wear. COVER should have no creases, folds, seam splits, cut-out holes.
( VG+ ) VERY GOOD PLUS = VINYL may have scuff marks , very light scratches and signs of some wear but will still play with infrequent mild crackles or pops. Still has a nice gloss.  COVER may only have the slightest signs of normal wear.
( VG ) VERY GOOD = VINYL has light scratches, may crackle, pop or make other noises, but only occasionally.  Less glossy than higher grades.   COVER has normal wear such a ring wear and split seams , creases , wear at corners , edges & spine.
( G ) GOOD  = VINYL has scratches, may have continuous crackles, pops, significant surface noise. COVER has more than normal wear and tear.
( P ) POOR = VINYL is cracked, badly warped, and won't play through without skipping or repeating. COVER barely keeps the lp inside.
