Record is VG+ (vinyl has a few light surface scratches, mainly inaudible. Plays very well, with just a hint of very brief light background surface noise sparingly)

Cover is VG (spot on bottom of back where it seems another cover was stuck and left some peeling, edgewear, some creases)
