I am selling my copy of the Band's great live double LP titled Rock Of Ages. It was released on Capitol Records in August 1972. I loved the Band and bought the copy you see here shortly after it's release. This is a first pressing from the Winchester Pressing Plant. It has been stored in an air conditioned non-smoking environment since. I grade the condition of the vinyl LP's as Near Mint. To look at them closely you would think that they were never played. They look close to perfect with no smudges, blemishes or scratches. The cover I grade as Excellent. There are two minor flaws. First back in the day (when I was a kid) for some reason I would put my initials with a label gun on the upper left hand corner of the back cover (see photo.) Also on the front cover is a scraping where the a price sticker originally was. Back in the 1980's I tried to sell some of my records at a garage sale so I put the sticker on it then. I regained my senses and decided to never do that again. Anyway the marking from the price sticker remains. Otherwise no other visible flaws on the cover other than a little scuffing on the corners and just a couple of small scuffs on the edges. The original inner sleeves are included and they look good with no seam splits and just some slight yellowing due to age. A really nice-looking used first press copy of a classic record.
