The item is in excellent condition and I have never taken the album out of the sleeve. The only reason I classified the condition as "used" is because of some faint curvature marks on the sleeve from the album and a few very small dings. Photos of all of these have been included for your review.
I am the original purchaser of the item and have the original packaging and receipt from 2008 if you would like them. The item has been stored in a flat file cabinet since purchase.
