I pack LP with the records outside of the jacket to prevent seam splits.

In case of damage, the Claim Form will instruct you to attach 3 photographs of the

 package and the goods with the following characteristics:

Photograph of the damaged goods as a whole and not just a single close up. Photograph of the goods as it arrived packaged in its respective internal packaging that protected it during transport.
Photograph of the entire package as it arrived on delivery so that the package can be seen in its entirety and with the carrier?s label visible
OBLIGATORY CONSERVATION OF THE PACKAGING

In cases of damage and/or tampering, the packaging and the goods must always be

 kept in case of possible expert inspection until the acceptance and/or resolution of the

 case. On certain occasions, the carrier, claims office or the insurance company may

 request more photographs, , or an onsite examination, either of the package or of the

 goods, after the investigation has started.

TIMING FOR THE OPENING OF THE DAMAGE CLAIM

It is possible to open a claim case for damage or tampering within the following deadlines:

These phonograph records are NOT 33RPM  LP'S or 45rpm Vinyl records!. The shipping fee is due to the over packing of 78rpm records which are extremely fragile when packed. Packing  with bubble wrap around disc pack, Cardboard support  around each disc inside ,a plastic bag cover for weather proofing 78rpm.! Buyers demand this packing & shipping as standard for 78rpm Records ! Rates increase as each additional Disc is added.
Returns must be to MIAMI-FLORIDA less shipping expenses after approval.

To be paid on a broken/damaged LP shipped - Please Contact for return authorization  and the return address in Florida. Seller will not refund items that do not arrive. To claim Insurance the item must be returned with Certified Return Mail -and with return receipt and tracking number, and the quality control sticker must be intact and  with on the LP.  

Return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the buyer., If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return for exchange –buyer choice or money back , less shipping expenses on the return. I have read the policies of profile and I make my purchase as aproval.
