Original EP issued in Holland in 1965 by Fontana Records (TE 465 279).
Sleeve is in Good Condition (has stains and creasing, see pics).
Vinyl is Only in Good Condition (both sides have surface marks but it plays fine + it has a name written on the Side 1 label, see pic).
