1963 mono issue on US Columbia CL 2054. This is a white label promotional copy pressed on blue vinyl. It has DJ timing strip on the front as shown.
Record is VG/VG+, with some occasional surface noise.
Cover is G, with rub wear, small initials, radio station stamp, and residual tape on back. The entire bottom seam is split.
