On the original UK Philips label SBL.7912 from 1969 in stereo. The unlaminated gatefold sleeve has some rubbing to the spine, sadly the vinyl has issues and Side 1 has some unsightly scratches that cause 3 sticks altogether, and surface noise as would be expected. However, Side 2 plays through well at VG+
