Jimi Hendrix Experience, Electric Ladyland, Double LP Gatefold Track 613008 / 9. Condition is "Used". 

This is an original pressing of the 'Electric Ladyland' Double Vinyl LP by The Jimi Hendrix Experience complete with the controversial original laminated gatefold sleeve. Originally released in 1968 by TRACK RECORDS the Catalogue Numbers are 613008 / 613009 (Labels) and 613 008/9 on sleeve, with an unusual addition of a factory sticker with the catalogue number 2657 001 (see photo.)

Gatefold includes Ernest J Day Printer credit and records are sleeved in polylined inners. 

Although there is some debate over variations of this double LP, research suggests this is a very early pressing. I have included plenty of photos to help further investigation.

This double LP is part of my own personal collection of 1960s vinyl. The LPs have been carefully stored in a plastic outer sleeve since day of purchase. and they've had very few plays over the years. Before listing today, I played all four sides on a high-end system and the sound is superb!

The records have the original side coupling with disc 1 labelled side A / D and disc 2 labelled B / C. These couplings were designed for automatic turntables, but I have only ever used manual turntables.

The Fully Laminated (Inside And Out) Gatefold Sleeve has white text on the gatefold and the photo of Jimi is in excellent full colour.
