KC & THE SUNSHINE BAND (Self-Titled) - 1975 LP - T.K. 603 - NEAR MINT!!
I am selling my copy of KC And The Sunshine Bands second LP titled KC And The Sunshine Band. It was released on the TK label in July of 1975. This LP was a major hit going platinum and rising to #4 on the Billboard Top 200 Album Chart. It contained the #1 singles "Get Down Tonight" and "That's The Way (I Like It)" plus a #35 song "Boogie Shoes." I picked up this record shortly after it's release because like a lot of people I was struck with disc fever (however that soon went away.) The record is a first edition and it has been stored in an air conditioned non-smoking environment since. I grade my copy as near mint on both the vinyl and cover. Both look flawless to the naked eye. The record plays beautifully. The generic white inner sleeve is included and it also is in great condition with no seam splits or creases but it does show just a tinge of yellowing due to age. A great-looking 46 year old record!
