The Beatles - Abbey Road LP. 1969 UK 1st Pressing with Rare Misprinted Sleeve.
Rare copy of the First Pressing of this legendary album by the Beatles.
The fist pressing is indicated by the misaligned Apple logo on the rear sleeve and the fact the last track ('Her Majesty') is not listed at all. The front photo is slightly different in aspect too, the picture showing slightly less of the trees and crosswalk.
The vinyl has a few surface marks and light scratches but plays very well aside from a single skip on the last track of side 1 and some occasional light crackle. Generally a very nice copy.
The sleeve has some light wear, mild creasing and discolouration, normal for an album of this age but, again, is generally good.
Conservatively graded and a true collectors item.
I believe this was stored in a loft as there is a light musty smell.
