Vinyl in amazing shape, cover pretty beat up, but still presentable.

Rock Bottom STEREO CFS 3007
VINYL in VG++ condition a few very light paper scuffs only, lovely sheen and gloss. There is a former owner's name in blue pen on both sides of the label. 
COVER in G condition. Ring wear, rubbing, corner wear, spine fully split, bottom seam halfway from the spine and 1" from the opening. Previous owner's name in blue pen on back cover. Top seam has 1" split near spine, and 2" split at opening. Chipping along the top seam on the front.
No original inner, the record is in a new mo-fi sleeve.
Record will be shipped in proper record mailer with vinyl removed to prevent splitting.
