Nick Drake - Bryter Layter
Deluxe and highly limited edition 2013 reissue in a sumptuous box set, featuring many bonus materials in addition to a high-quality vinyl reissue of the album itself. This release is packaged in a beautiful box set, a large replica shop poster, a facsimile of Nick Drake's handwritten setlist, a replica concert bill, a download code styled after the original Bryter Layter tape reel and a replica of the original Island Records inner sleeve. The album itself is packaged in a sturdy, handsome gatefold cover and the record is pressed on weighty 180 gram vinyl.
Please note that the box was purposefully designed to have an aged, stressed look.   The box itself is in near-as-new condition but, as you will see in the provided images, there is some printed fake dog-earring, ring-wear and other general signs of ageing which are part of this release's design. Also please note that the download code may no longer work, as this release is almost a decade old.
The box set and cover are both in lovely condition, with just a few of the very slightest signs of careful and infrequent usage. The inserts are near-as-new condition, with only some very minor signs of occasional handling. Please study the provided images for full illustration of condition.
The record is also in lovely condition, boasting lustrous surfaces with a strong sheen retained on both sides. Some very minor sleeve removal hairline marks can be seen when the LP is scrutinised under a strong, direct light source but these are so light that the record remains in beautiful shape.
