Very Unique - Original sleeve and insert (see pictures).

Very minor surface scratches.
Jacket is in good condition (top is just beginning to split) Shows some signs of wear and age.
Inside of the jacket is very clean and well preserved.
There is a cut on the edge of the jacket.
Record has been tested and plays no warp. Very Nice!
